 is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from  ZebraLearn Pvt. ltd and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 3 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Hard Goods:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting
  2. We do not offer any refund for hard goods.
  3. Hard goods must be returned to ZebraLearn Pvt. ltd immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting as directed in step 1.
  4. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in ZebraLearn Pvt. ltd sole, reasonable discretion.

Non-returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on

  • Physical Copies delivered.
  • Any physical item bought from the website.

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting
  2. Request of refund must be made within 3 days of the original purchase date or within the specific time frame that is mentioned for the product. Refund policy at the product level should be over and above the refund window mentioned over here.
