Digital Course: Due to the nature of digital courses, once a digital course has been downloaded or accessed, to qualify for refund, raise a refund request by submitting a ticket on our website.     3. Hard Copy: Under exceptional circumstances, only hard copy books with production defects will be replaced with a new copy. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be processed under any circumstances.
