Digital Copy: Due to the nature of digital copy, once a digital copy has been downloaded or accessed, to qualify for refund, raise a refund request by submitting a ticket on our website. Ensure that your refund request is made within 24 (twenty four) hours of the original purchase date.

Hard Copy: Under exceptional circumstances, only hard copy books with production defects will be replaced with a new copy. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be processed under any circumstances.

Evaluation Process: Our team will assess the reported issue and may require additional
